I am the CEO of IRML Consulting, a strategic advisory firm focused on expanding access, participation, and capacity within public and private sector programs. With more than 25 years of experience, I specialize in developing and implementing policies, systems, and initiatives that support both emerging and established businesses. My work centers on practical problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and building effective pathways that drive long-term program success.
Isiah Martin Lopez
I am Isiah Martin Lopez a legal intern and outreach specialist for IRML consulting. I am working in two fields that overlap and provide clarity on the success of both industries. I am currently working on my studies for the LSAT while simultaneously connecting with LBE’s and SBE’s. Working with these firms helps connect them with work opportunities and networking opportunities that can expand their reach in the industry. By contributing in multiple facets in IRML consulting, I look forward to being a bridge and beacon to those who aren’t able to represent themselves.

Small Business Out Reach Specialist
I am Ayanna Rios-Hill, a recent college graduate from San Francisco State University, an intern with Black Women Revolt Against Domestic Violence, and an outreach specialist for IRML Consulting. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, and I minored in Race and Resistance Studies. My fields of study focus on addressing inequalities that marginalized communities experience. I want to become an advocate for women of color, so they receive proper representation within beauty, fashion, and the media. Working with IRML will enable me to contribute my empathy, understanding, hard work, and commitment to helping others within this firm.
